Ralph Loomis
Ralph is an experienced utility executive, corporate strategist, lobbyist and lawyer. Prior to co-founding Global Renewable Solutions, Ralph led the Corporate Strategy function at Exelon Corporation, where he analyzed the business implications of climate change policy and actively participated in the work of the National Commission on Energy Policy, the US Climate Policy Forum, and attended COP 15 in Copenhagen. He also served as Chief of Staff to the Chairman and CEO, John Rowe. Previously, Ralph led the Washington office of National Grid USA, representing the company before the U.S. Congress, FERC and other executive branch departments and industry trade associations. He practiced law for many years, both as in house counsel at New England Electric System and in private practice at Bingham Dana & Gould in Boston and Sonnenschein Carlin Nath & Rosenthal in Chicago. Ralph is a graduate of The George Washington University and the American University Law School.

Amy Butte
Amy has 15 years of experience in delivering cost-effective, clean energy solutions to commercial, industrial, and wholesale energy customers. At Constellation Energy, she launched successful renewable energy, onsite solar, and load management products representing hundreds of megawatts of power. As a consultant, she has worked with Pacific Gas and Electric, EPRI, PARC, Viridity Energy, and EnerVault. Her experience in the power sector includes product development, marketing and sales, regulatory analysis and advocacy, commodity portfolio management and pricing, and power purchase contracting. Ms. Butte earned an MBA from Wharton and a BA from Stanford.
